Description
Our organic rosemary essential oil for animals is obtained from the species Rosmarinus officinalis. In international practice, the product is known as Rosemary organic essential oil for animals. The plant belongs to the family Lamiaceae and appears as an evergreen shrub with a dense crown and fine branches. The shrub grows on organically managed areas in Bulgaria, where the aboveground part of the plant grows sufficiently to provide all the raw material for the extraction. The raw material includes the whole stalk in its natural volume. The green stalk releases few colouring substances, so the liquid comes out almost colourless and takes on a faint yellowish tint. The material in the composition has an entirely organic and plant-based character, inherent to the plant itself. Organic cultivation protects the plantations from synthetic fertilisers and detergents, which is why only substances accumulated by the plant itself in its aerial parts enter the liquid. A preservative and a colourant are absent from it. In addition, the pure composition goes together with the Bulgarian origin and the organic regime of the plantations. The advantages of the product rest on the whole stalk and on steam distillation, which preserves the natural profile of the liquid. Steam distillation leaves aside the non-volatile substances, so the scent remains pure and accurately conveys the herbal and woody direction of the aboveground green plant material. Storage

Store organic rosemary essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +5°C to +20°C to prevent oxidation and the loss of beneficial properties. After opening, limit the amount of air in the container, and as the contents decrease, transfer the remainder into a smaller, clean and dry bottle. Use only aluminium or glass bottles for animal products, preferably made of dark glass, which protect the essential oil for animals from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and moisture from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the aroma and quality of the product for a longer period.
